‼️ CLASS INFORMATION ‼️

Hey friends! Since my announcement a week or so go we'd be opening up classes, we have gotten so many messages and inquiries! We were going to open up registration today for the following classes but after all the messages we are now wondering if we don't have enough dates on our calendar.

So we are going to do sign up a little differently!

➡️Please comment below with the classes you are 100% READY to sign up for, so we can gauge interest and how many dates we may need. Due to oven space, we have a 6 person limit for country loaf, 7 person limit for focaccia, and 10 person limit for any other class.

If there is a group of you interested, please note how many in the comments to see if we can schedule a private class for you.

We will then take another look at our calendar and release dates! This post is to gauge who wants to join a class, it's not an official sign up!

Sourdough. Our sourdough starter is full of good bacteria to feast on and lower gluten intake. We ferment our loaves roughly 24 hours ensuring you better ability for proper digestion and gut health. Our loaves have simple ingredients; flour, water, salt.... and love ❤️ and time...

Go Emily!!! ❤️❤️

If you have hung out at The Farme or taken any of our classes it's likely you've seen Miss Emily behind the scenes. Emily is our right hand gal who helps us with sourdough, canning, gardening, organizing... without her there is no way we could produce as much as we do for The Farmstand every week!

Tonight Emily is showing her steer at the Laclede County Fair at 6:30pm. I will be there showing my support, and if anyone else would like to come cheer her and these other hard working kids on, be sure to come say hi if you see me!

Daily trips to the garden sparks joy.
The Farmstand has herb bundles (lavender, chives, basil, parsley, oregano, thyme, rosemary, mints), for $3 and some flower arrangements for $7. Ask anytime to place some with your reserves.

Saturday was a day of hands on learning, walking through the swampy garden (now mowed and weeded and back to beautiful) for herbs and learning salves from Lindsey in her class. We had lots of old and new friends join us Saturday and we are so thankful. Thank you for joining us!
