Our family is overwhelmed with gratitude for each and every one of our 176 exhibitors who participated in our first annual livestock show. Your dedication and hard work were truly impressive as we welcomed:

🐷 139 pigs
🐐 46 goats
🐑 76 lambs
🐮 54 cattle

Every animal was a shining example of your commitment and passion for livestock.

We feel incredibly blessed to have had such a successful turnout and want to extend our sincere thanks for your support. Your participation made Battle for the Banners a memorable one, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

Here’s to hoping for an even bigger and better event next year! Thank you once again for being a part of our show. See you next year!

IT'S SHOW DAY! We are so excited to see everyone!

📌Check in table is located beside the show ring! 📌

‼Hogs/Lambs/Goats- Check in from 7-8:30am
‼ALL Cattle- Check in until 11 am. (you can check in earlier than 9:30 if desired)

🔴NO EXCEPTIONS will be made for being late to check in! 🔴

You can park your trailers next to the barn, just be courteous to other exhibitors!

Remember your registration papers.

‼Don't forget the $10 cash/check refundable fee for the bedding/stalling. (We will not be providing any bedding and limited stalling available for cattle. NO stalling for hogs/lambs/goats)

Be mindful of the soft grounds and pick up after yourself and your animal!

📌PLEASE READ📌
🔴HOG/LAMB/GOATS EXHIBITORS- You can park around the arena where the show ring. THIS IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHER EXHIBITORS.
🔴Laclede County Fairgrounds is located at Mills Dr, Lebanon, MO 65536.
🔴Check-in IS STILL REQUIRED even though you have pre-registered!
🔴Fitting of your animals will be your choice.
🔴YOU CAN STILL REGISTER UP TO THE MORNING OF THE SHOW!
🔴There will be food available! Gorilla Grub will be our food vendor!
🔴Elevated Show Supplies will be available for any show supplies!
🔴There will NOT be any stalling pens available for pigs/goats/lambs.
🔴There will be limited tie spots for cattle.
🔴SHOWING OFF THE TRAILER WILL BE NECESSARY.
🔴GENERATORS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
🔴There are wash racks available.
🔴To show as a breed, YOU HAVE TO HAVE YOUR REGISTRATION PAPERS.
🔴ALL goats/lambs must have scrapie tags and current health papers. Cattle and hogs are not required to have health papers. Bring to check-in with you!
🔴There will be a $10 refundable deposit due upon check in for bedding/stall fee cleanup.
🔴I have attached a map to show where parking is available.

With the rain we have received, let's be sure to be courteous to the fairgrounds. We want them to allow us back! Please be courteous and pick up after yourselves and your animals!
