Under Tom Redden, 203CB Bravo 6 Goin' Dark was junior reserve and reserve over all champion

This is why my mama is proud of me, this is the boys 3rd time off the farm, Bravo 6 Goin' Dark was Overall Grand Champion Buck at the Cambridge Illinois boer goat show, under judge Sherri Inman Stephens, he has another Overall and a Reserve Overall Grand Championship,his brother 203CB Officer On Deck was 2nd in his class of 3-6 month old Buck kids and has a Reserve overall Grand Championship, I am super proud of both these home grown boys and their mother, these are her very first kids!! It may not be much to some but we have a tiny herd and I'm really proud of my boys! Nice job 203CB Whiskey Chaser, you did good girl ❤️

We went to Sedalia today and participated in the Boer Goat Congress, 203CB Bravo 6 Goin' Dark was grand champion traditional and 203CB Officer On Deck was reserve champion traditional, Bravo 6 went on to be Supreme Champion Overall Buck

Friday, we will travel to Sedalia Missouri and participate in the Boer goat Congress, they class them by teeth and weight, turn them loose and place them accordingly, Saturday will be 2 ABGA shows run concurrently, it's always a great time when we get together with our goat family!

Gearing up for August

Our girl, Fly, she's special, she's a nut case around strangers and strange things, not mean at all, just absolutely terrified, but, she is the sweetest girl

Just cause I love her

Yesterday we had to take Top Shelf in for an emergency C section, she had a beautiful buck kid, but unfortunately he passed away on my lap on the way home, we don't know why, he seemed fine at birth, farming isn't always roses and sunshine and this stung a little, she will not be bred anymore, she seems to be doing very well this morning and we are very thankful for that

10 year old CR Boers Top Shelf, peep her little growing udder, I'm excited to say the least, she hasn't kidded since Whiskey, 5 years ago, she was sold bred, the person that bought her said the kid was so big the vet had to cut it out, I don't know details, I managed to get her back but had to nurse her back to health, she came in heat and we bred her to our Unanimous Decision son this past December, she is due the end of May, I'm praying for a text book delivery and healthy babies, I'm so excited for her to have another baby to love!
